Blackberry 

For Downloads on Blackberry Phones go to the little arrow at the top of the mobile site and the click Downloads, it will redirect you to 4shared where you can download the .Zips. To extract them on your phone look on App World for a file manager

iPhones

For iPhones, download a download manager (for example Downloads Lite) and navigate to the site in the in-app browser and direct yourself to the downloads section and it will redirect you to 4shared. Once downloaded extract the .zip.
